Senior Analyst—Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited (Talent Services – Learning)
The Deloitte Talent Services team is an exciting & challenging Talent Operations services team with a strong focus on service excellence and continuous improvement, where we strive to support and exceed expectations for all clients. This role provides operations support to the client, Deloitte Australia and specifically provisions services for the Learning Team, within the Australian Talent function. This role is responsible for the effective execution of Learning processes, maintenance, and data integrity of core Learning data for all employees of DTT Australia.
Work you will do
As a Talent Services (Learning) Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:
· Managing multiple learning mailboxes and responding to learning queries efficiently from employees.
· Triaging queries to onshore teams as required.
· Processing Learning transactions like attendance marking, Registration, Enrollment etc. in the LMS with utmost quality.
· Drafting and sending learning communications to participants and faculty
· Participating in bulk learning projects and other learning tasks as required
· Assisting with quality checks, promptly flagging discrepancies, and training teammates on correct processes.
· Working as an effective team member, sharing knowledge and assisting coworkers
· Maintaining business process documents in relation to Learning Services sub processes
· Timely management of queries received through the team inbox, the service support tool (ServiceNow), and incoming calls/incidents.
· Proactively identifying & raising potential issues to the Talent Services Lead for discussion with the onshore Learning Operations Manager and lead the team to take the necessary agreed and cascaded actions.
· Timely interface with learning teams to communicate changes and ensure smooth learning experiences.
· Proactive input to Talent Services Assistant Manager/Lead on development of the Learning services function
· Assisting with other Learning Services tasks wherever required
Work location: Hyderabad.
Shift timings: 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM The team.
The “Enabling Areas” team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Australia with a wide variety of capabilities categorized into skilled based CoE - Talent, Finance, Quality & Risk, Growth, Reporting & Analytics, and IT services.
These CoEs are divided into sub-teams. Talent services comes under Talent CoE which manages the life cycle and non-lifecycle transactions for the employees of DTT Australia and ensures a seamless employee experience from onboarding until exit. This newly created role will be responsible for transactions related to Learning.

· Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications required:
· Bachelor’s or Post Graduate degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Learning Shared Services environment.
Preferred:
· Technical – Knowledge of Saba Cloud or other similar LMS
· ServiceNow Ticketing tool.
· Good knowledge on Advance excels.
