The USI Tax Talent Development team has pioneered in providing comprehensive learning solutions to the Tax Practice. Innovation and human centricity lie at the core of the team’s vision, empowering professionals to ‘own their development’ by building their technical and professional and leadership capabilities. The team is dynamic, providing career-growth and strength-based opportunities to help fulfil your aspirations.

Within the larger HR services umbrella, the USI Tax Talent Development team owns the Learning and Development charter for the USI Tax practice. This team supports all India locations. The team works in conjunction with the Tax business to cover Technical, Industry, Professional and Leadership skills.

Your Role:

o   Work closely with program manager on key strategic priorities; provide input into aligning Talent Development strategy with business goals

o   Participate in or lead project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, and peers

o   Plan and run Cross SL  technical programs within the Tax function, partnering with the business, vendors, and HR teams. This includes needs analysis, facilitator onboarding, train-the-trainer workshops, on demand learning and end-to-end program management throughout of the course of the program delivery.

o   Work with service line SMEs to identify technical learning needs, formulate schedules, plan, ensure training materials are most up to date and deliver multiple tracks/offerings to build capabilities

o   Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple SLs within the portfolios

o   Manage multiple program teams, to drive efficiencies and experiences for business impact

o   Provide input into the annual plan and budget to execute learning and talent development activities

o   Continuously look for new ways to bring leading edge technologies and concepts to enhance the learning experience of the practitioners

o   Partner with the Learning Delivery, Learning Design Services, Evaluations, and other support teams to use best-in-class core talent development processes for communications, classroom/virtual-live/on demand delivery, metrics, reporting, and solution support

o   Maintain strong knowledge of development tools, modalities, and learning methodologies; Collaborate with Learning Operations to maintain accurate curriculum data integrity, maintain historical archives, and respond to ad hoc requests for curriculum information

Work timings: Flexible with overlap of work hours with US and USI teams

Location: Hyderabad

This role will require interaction with the following business and Talent leadership roles –

·       USI Tax Manager Learning and Development (direct reporting relationship)

·       USI Tax Business Stakeholders (portfolio-level interactions)

Required

·       Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field

·       5+ Years’ experience in learning and development

·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

·       Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects successfully

·       Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices

·       Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends

·       Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
