Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the “creative digital consultancy” real and in doing so, make new markets.
What we are looking for
We are looking for professionals with Digital experience at all levels across who are currently on a break from employment and are willing to return to work. We are a creative digital consultancy. We combine leading digital and creative capabilities with the deep industry knowledge and experience Deloitte is known for. That means, our clients can bring us their biggest challenges, knowing we have what it takes to bring a business vision to life.
Hiring for roles: Analyst/Consultant/Senior Consultant
Initial 5 months will be as a Fixed Term Hire (probation) where Deloitte would invest in your training requirements. At the end of 5 months, Deloitte would look to confirm you in full time roles based on your performance and interest.
Educational Qualifications:
Full-time graduation (B.E./B.Tech / B.Stat/ B.C.A / B.Sc.) and/or Masters (M.C.A. / M.Sc. / MBA /M.Tech / MS)
Skills and Experience:
1 to 10 years of professional experience, with a career gap of more than 6 months from the previous job.
· Consulting / IT experience in Digital domains
· Experience/ certification and training(s)/ interest in one or more of the following areas:
- Salesforce, CPQ, Vlocity, Salesforce B2B Commerce, Digital Front End, UX, Applied Design, & Hybris, AI Engineers, Digital Front End, UX, AEM, EDM, Salesforce, CPQ ( Salesforce, Oracle, Pros, Price), Vlocity, Varicent, Mobile Development (iOS & Android)
· Ability to quickly learn and deliver on new emerging technologies and areas not previously worked on
· Willingness to take up challenges, understand key business need, propose alternatives and suggestions to make solution sustainable, and develop competency for the team
· Clear and concise communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills – willingness to participate in team and client meetings, workshops/trainings, and present recommendations
· Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to pursue collective team goal
