Services Support Associate II-Financial Security Review (FSR)
Work you will do:
The FSR Analyst will be responsible for assisting in assessing and monitoring various internal controls for Finance groups in relation to roles and user assignment. They will also be responsible for running reports, by geography, to assist with control type process reviews. This role will assist with applying mitigating controls to segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts that present during user role assignment. A good understanding of security and controls is preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Run reports so that user/role level risk analysis simulations can be performed and addressed, as needed.
· Assist in the semi-annual process to review custom SAP transaction codes for critical access conflicts.
· Assist in the semi-annual process to review user access to critical non-SAP systems across Finance.
· Run reports so that other access process reviews can be performed to determine internal controls/SoD weaknesses and offer solutions for remediation.
· Ensure all remediation/mitigation actions and access review workflows are documented.
· Assist Manager and Lead Analyst in reviewing SAP transaction codes and roles (new and changes to existing) to ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts are considered and coordinate with the business process owners to identify potential remediation strategies and/or mitigating controls.
Key Functional Responsibilities:
· Analysis and understanding of segregation of duties (SoD) access conflicts and risk identification and internal controls.
· SAP inquires (transaction codes, roles, authorization objects, etc.) to better understand user access and transaction code functions.
· Run various reports in the SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system to analyze user access.

This enables us to assist our partners/customers with designing, developing and implementing quality control procedures, that are effective and efficient.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Business Information Systems preferred or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.
· 1-3 years of experience or exposure in the above functional areas
· General knowledge of SAP functionality and SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) preferred.
· Advance skills in Microsoft Office - MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint tools preferred.
· Good written and verbal communications and organizational skills
· Attention to detail, required.
· Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, technical and remote collaboration skills are a must.
· Self-motivated and strong team player
· Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.
