Position Summary

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will develop and deploy the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with technical teams and senior management stakeholders to gather requirements for artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and generative AI solutions
  • Supporting the development of proofs of concept and scalable end-to-end AI/GenAI solutions for pursuits, sales cycles, and client delivery
  • Applying AI/ML and generative AI techniques to build, test, and validate predictive models
  • Developing algorithms and automated processes for model validation, deployment, and implementation
  • Defining data, technology, and implementation requirements and contributing to documentation, user guides, and training materials

The team

Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes managing the identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and ensuring continuous compliance.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5-9 years of experience in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), including natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI
  • Experience with Python, C++, or Java, and database technologies
  • Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks, including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, and generative AI frameworks such as OpenAI and LangChain
  • Experience developing and deploying generative AI solutions using large language models, including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or LLaMA
  • Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or GraphRAG solutions using vector databases such as Milvus, FAISS, and PostgreSQL
  • Experience designing and deploying scalable solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Master of Science, or Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or Analytics

Preferred:

  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, A2A, AutoGen, or Pydantic
  • Experience with data privacy regulations, including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  • Experience with DevOps and machine learning operations (MLOps) practices
  • Experience building and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful application programming interfaces (APIs), Linux, shell scripting, Structured Query Language (SQL), NoSQL, Git, GitLab, or Perforce
  • Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
