As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.
Work you'll do
As a Manager on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
- Work with technical teams and senior management stakeholders to define requirements for artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
- Support the creation of proofs of concept and scalable end-to-end artificial intelligence and Generative AI solutions during pursuits and sales cycles.
- Build, test, and validate predictive models, and develop automated processes for model validation, deployment, and implementation.
- Identify data, technology, and integration requirements for implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for developed solutions.
- Lead developers and collaborate with platform, business, and leadership stakeholders to support delivery outcomes.
The team
Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes managing the identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and ensuring continuous compliance.

Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including natural language processing, deep learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and database technologies
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, and Generative AI frameworks such as OpenAI and LangChain
- Experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions using large language models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA, and building retrieval-augmented generation and GraphRAG solutions using vector databases such as Milvus, Qdrant, FAISS, and PostgreSQL
- Experience building and deploying solutions on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience leading technical teams and overseeing project delivery, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, budgeting, estimation, and planning
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Master of Science, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Analytics, or a quantitative field
Preferred:
- Experience with data privacy regulations such as General Data Protection Regulation, California Consumer Privacy Act, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
- Experience in large-scale deep learning model training
- Experience with big data platforms and front-end technologies
- Experience with DevOps and MLOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and user acceptance testing
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Representational State Transfer application programming interface development
- Experience with Linux, shell scripting, SQL, NoSQL, Git, GitLab, and Perforce
