As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define requirements for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and scalable end-to-end Generative AI solutions.
- Support the development of proofs of concept during pursuits and sales cycles.
- Build, test, and validate predictive models using artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques.
- Develop algorithms and automated processes for model validation, deployment, and implementation.
- Identify data, technology, and integration requirements to implement machine learning solutions for business use cases.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
The team
Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes managing the identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and ensuring continuous compliance.

Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including natural language processing, deep learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI.
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions using large language models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or LLaMA.
- Experience building retrieval-augmented generation and GraphRAG-based solutions using vector databases such as Milvus, FAISS, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and deploying solutions on one or more cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Preferred:
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, A2A, or Pydantic for AI application or agent development.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building and managing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Experience with Linux environments, shell scripting, and version control tools such as Git or GitLab.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Master of Science, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
