As a Consultant - FTH in Deloitte’s Cyber Identity practice, you will support the delivery of Identity and Access Management solutions for enterprise clients, with a focus on Saviynt implementations and support. You will contribute across the engagement lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and application support. This role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and, as needed, mentoring junior practitioners to help deliver quality outcomes.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant - FTH on the Cyber Identity team, you will be responsible for:
- Support the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Saviynt-based Identity and Access Management solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for IAM use cases and application onboarding
- Develop and configure standard and custom integrations using Saviynt, Java, .NET, and scripting tools, as applicable
- Execute testing, deployment, and post-production support activities, including issue identification and resolution
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams and contribute to project delivery, documentation, and mentoring of junior team members, as needed

Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, including 3+ years of hands-on Saviynt experience
- Experience implementing and supporting Saviynt solutions in enterprise environments
- Experience across requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support for IAM engagements
- Experience designing and supporting joiner, mover, and leaver processes and access policies
- Experience with Java, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), relational database management systems (RDBMS), and Linux
- Experience developing or configuring standard and custom IAM integrations using Java, .NET, or scripting languages
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience with additional IAM platforms such as SailPoint or CyberArk
- Experience supporting cloud or hybrid environment deployments
- Saviynt L100 and L200 certifications
- Foundational IAM or cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+
