Within Cyber Risk Services, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice delivers end-to-end solutions that help clients protect enterprise systems, strengthen access controls, and support secure business operations. As a Senior Consultant, you will work on large-scale IAM and directory services engagements, helping clients design, implement, and enhance solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned to business needs.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Risk Services—IAM team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of LDAP directory and IAM solutions using leading platforms and technologies.
- Lead directory services implementations and migrations, including customization, configuration, replication design, and solution integrations.
- Conduct requirements workshops, prepare design documentation, and drive delivery across onsite and offshore project teams.
- Manage client interactions, project deliverables, project risks, and vendor coordination across multiple IAM engagements.
- Support business development and eminence activities, including proposals, reusable assets, process compliance initiatives, and whitepapers on IAM technologies.

Qualifications
Required:
- B.Tech, M.Tech, or MS degree
- 5-10 years of experience in identity and access management
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise directory services and IAM solutions using platforms such as Active Directory, Oracle, IBM, SailPoint, or CA
- Experience leading IAM or LDAP/Active Directory engagements across requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Experience with directory replication topology, directory migrations, or Active Directory consolidation for medium or large enterprises
- Experience developing or configuring standard or custom IAM integrations using Java, .NET, or scripting languages
- Experience with IAM solution architecture in identity lifecycle management, access request workflows, single sign-on, federation, adaptive access management, or step-up authentication
Preferred:
- Experience setting up Azure Active Directory for an organization
- IAM technology certifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in security domains beyond identity and access management
