As a Senior Consultant - Sailpoint Developer, you will support the design, development, and implementation of identity and access management solutions that help organizations protect systems, data, and user access. This role offers the opportunity to work across large-scale IAM engagements while deepening your experience in a growing, technology-enabled risk practice.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant - Sailpoint Developer on the Cyber & Strategic Risk team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing identity and access management solutions for client environments
- Configuring, customizing, and developing IAM integrations based on business and technical requirements
- Supporting requirements gathering, design documentation, testing, deployment, and application support across multiple engagements
- Troubleshooting IAM issues, performing post-design configuration activities, and coordinating with technology vendors as needed
- Contributing to proposals, practice development activities, process compliance initiatives, and security best practices

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree such as B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, or MBA
- 5-8 years of experience in identity and access management
- Experience delivering at least 2 IAM implementations across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support using SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, or CyberArk
- Experience developing or configuring standard and custom IAM integrations using Java, .NET, or scripting languages
- Experience onboarding applications such as Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, and Exchange using out-of-the-box connectors
- Experience with advanced provisioning workflows, single sign-on, public key infrastructure concepts, and technologies such as Java, LDAP, SSL, relational database management systems, and Linux
- Experience working with web or application servers such as IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, or Apache
Preferred:
- Experience with OAuth, JSON, REST, SOAP, and network protocols such as SSL, SSH, FTP, SMTP, HTTP, and HTTPS
- Experience creating technical documentation and proofs of concept for IAM technologies
- Experience with process frameworks and delivery methodologies
- IAM technology certifications
- PMP, CISSP, or other security certifications
