Work you'll do
As a Consultant - Sailpoint Developer on the Cyber & Strategic Risk team, you will be responsible for:
- Architecting, designing, and implementing identity and access management solutions for client environments
- Configuring, customizing, and developing IAM integrations based on business and technical requirements
- Supporting requirements gathering, design documentation, testing, deployment, and application support across multiple projects
- Troubleshooting complex IAM issues, performing post-design configuration activities, and coordinating with technology vendors as needed
- Contributing to practice development through eminence, proposal support, process compliance initiatives, and security best practices

The cyber risk services—IAM team delivers service to clients through following key areas of IAM:
- Application Onboarding
- Lifecycle Manager
- Compliance Manager
- Password Management
- Automated Provisioning
- Roles Management
- ITSM tools Integration
- Advanced Authentication Methods
- Strategy and Road Map
Location: BLR/HYD/CHN/PUN
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree such as B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, or MBA
- 3-5 years of experience in identity and access management
- Experience delivering at least 2 IAM implementations across requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support using SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, or CyberArk
- Experience developing or configuring standard and custom IAM integrations using Java, .NET, or scripting languages
- Experience onboarding applications such as Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, and Exchange using out-of-the-box connectors
- Experience with advanced provisioning workflows, single sign-on, and public key infrastructure concepts
- Experience with Java, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, Secure Sockets Layer, relational database management systems, Linux, and web or application servers such as IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, or Apache
Preferred:
- Experience preparing technical design documents, test artifacts, and implementation documentation
- Experience building proofs of concept for IAM technologies
- Experience with OAuth, JSON, REST, SOAP, and network protocols such as SSL, SSH, FTP, SMTP, HTTP, and HTTPS
- Experience with process frameworks and delivery methodologies
- IAM technology certifications
- PMP, CISSP, or other security certifications
