Deloitte is seeking a skilled Senior Consultant - PingFederate to support the design, development, and implementation of complex identity and access management solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will work across client environments to deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned IAM capabilities using Ping Identity technologies. The ideal candidate brings hands-on delivery experience, strong technical depth across federation and access management, and the ability to contribute across solution architecture, implementation, and client engagement activities.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant - PingFederate on the Cyber Risk Services—IAM team, you will be responsible for:
- Architecting, designing, and implementing large-scale identity and access management solutions using Ping Identity technologies
- Leading requirements gathering, technical design, workshops, and delivery activities across onsite and offshore project teams
- Developing, configuring, and integrating IAM solutions, including advanced single sign-on, federation, multi-factor authentication, and custom components
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting vendor interactions, and driving project deliverables through successful completion
- Supporting IAM strategy engagements, including road map development, vendor evaluation, and solution planning
- Contributing to practice development through whitepapers, process improvement initiatives, reusable assets, and support for proposal and sales efforts

Qualifications
Required:
- B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, or MBA
- 5-9 years of experience in identity and access management, including 3+ years of experience implementing Ping Identity-based solutions
- Experience delivering at least 2 IAM implementations across requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support
- Experience implementing advanced application integrations using PingFederate, Ping Access, PingOne MFA, and PingOne DaVinci, including single sign-on using WIA, Forms, and HTTP, public key infrastructure concepts, and multi-factor authentication
- Experience integrating enterprise and partner applications using SAML, OAuth, and WS-Federation on the Ping platform, including configuring PingFederate as a federation hub across multiple entities and enabling OAuth-based authorization services
- Experience writing OGNL expressions in PingFederate, Groovy scripts in Ping Access, and developing custom adapters and selectors in PingFederate
- Experience with PingOne DaVinci identity flow orchestration, custom scripting, decision logic, connectors, API integrations, LDAP, SSL, relational databases, Linux, and web/application servers including IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache
Preferred:
- Ping Identity certifications in PingFederate, Ping Access, PingOne, or PingOne DaVinci
- Experience leading estimations, sizing, and custom IAM integrations
- Experience creating technical design documentation and client presentations
- Experience conducting IAM training sessions or proof-of-concept initiatives for IAM technologies
- Experience with software development life cycle processes and delivery frameworks
- PMP or CISSP certification; experience across additional cybersecurity domains
