Join Deloitte’s Cyber & Strategic Risk practice and help organizations strengthen privileged access management in complex, evolving technology environments. As part of our Risk & Financial Advisory business, you will work with global clients to design and implement CyberArk solutions that protect critical assets, support business objectives, and improve enterprise resilience. This role offers exposure to large-scale transformation programs, cross-functional delivery teams, and leading identity and access management technologies.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant - CyberArk on the Cyber & Strategic Risk team, you will be responsible for:
- Architecting, designing, and implementing CyberArk and privileged access management solutions for enterprise environments
- Gathering requirements, leading design workshops, and developing solution documentation across onsite and offshore delivery models
- Configuring, customizing, and integrating CyberArk solutions with applications, ticketing platforms, and adjacent security technologies
- Troubleshooting platform and integration issues, including root-cause analysis and coordination with technology vendors
- Supporting strategy, delivery, and practice growth through solution road maps, reusable assets, proposals, and eminence activities

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, technology, science, or business administration
- 5-8 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) or privileged access management (PAM), including 4+ years implementing CyberArk solutions
- Experience delivering at least 2 privileged access management (PAM) implementations across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support
- Experience integrating CyberArk with ticketing platforms and security information and event management (SIEM) tools
- Experience with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Structured Query Language (SQL), Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Domain Name System (DNS), Exchange, firewalls, virtual private network (VPN) gateways, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), proxy technologies, public key infrastructure (PKI), and directory services
- Experience developing Privileged Session Manager (PSM) AutoIt scripts and Central Policy Manager (CPM) connectors
- Experience with CyberArk Disaster Recovery, DNA, Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP), Application Identity Manager (AIM), Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), and Viewfinity
Preferred:
- CyberArk or other IAM technology certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
- Experience supporting work across additional security domains beyond IAM and PAM
