Position Summary

Position Title - IAM BA-US Shift - Consultant

Work you'll do

As a Consultant - IAM BA on the Cyber Risk Services – IAM team, you will be responsible for:

  • Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders, Technical Leads, and Product Owners
  • Lead workshops and create requirements and design documentation across onsite and offshore teams
  • Analyze business needs, identify gaps and dependencies, and recommend IAM solution approaches
  • Support Agile delivery using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Trello
  • Communicate decisions, risks, and updates to client stakeholders and delivery teams to support implementation

The team

Deloitte’s Cyber Risk Services – IAM practice helps organizations design and implement identity and access management solutions that support security, compliance, and business operations. The team works across application onboarding, lifecycle management, compliance management, password management, automated provisioning, role management, IT service management integration, advanced authentication, and IAM strategy.

Location: HYD, BLR, CHN, PUN

Shift Timings: CST time zone

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Science (M.S.), or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • 4-6 years of experience in business analysis or technology delivery
  • 3+ years of experience gathering requirements for IAM projects
  • Experience with IAM application integration and connectors
  • Experience conducting requirements workshops and creating requirements or design documentation
  • Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Trello
  • Ability to work in CST time zone

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting lifecycle management, compliance management, password management, automated provisioning, or role management initiatives
  • Experience working with onsite and offshore delivery teams
  • Experience presenting requirements and project updates to client stakeholders
