As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of IAM programs across complex environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale Okta and related IAM engagements spanning strategy, architecture, integration, and delivery.

As a Security Engineer III on the Cyber & Strategic Risk team, you will be responsible for…
- Design, configure, and implement large-scale identity and access management solutions for enterprise clients
- Lead requirements gathering, workshops, solution design, and technical documentation across onsite and offshore delivery models
- Build and support integrations for provisioning, single sign-on, federation, and authentication flows using established IAM standards and protocols
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, collaborate with client teams and technology vendors, and support testing, deployment, and application support activities
- Contribute to practice growth through proof of concepts, process improvement initiatives, whitepapers, and support for proposal and sales activities

Qualifications
Required:
- 7-9 years of experience in the identity management domain
- 6+ years of experience implementing identity and access management (IAM) projects using Okta/
- Experience delivering at least 2 IAM implementations across requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support
- Experience designing and implementing custom authentication, authorization, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management solutions, including single sign-on and public key infrastructure (PKI) concepts
- Experience developing standard or custom IAM integrations and connectors using Java, .NET, or other scripting languages, including System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)-enabled endpoints
- Experience with federation protocols and enterprise technologies, including Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0, WS-Federation, OpenID Connect, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), relational database management systems (RDBMS), Linux, and web/application servers such as IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache
- Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Master of Science, or Master of Business Administration

- IAM technology certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
