Work you'll do

As a Manager on the Enterprise Security team, you will be responsible for helping clients address application security needs and navigate security considerations across the SAP platform.

  • Lead the design, assessment, and testing of SAP application security and controls across client engagements.
  • Serve as a subject matter advisor across SAP Application Security, business process risk, and controls transformation activities.
  • Identify engagement risks, communicate issues proactively to leadership, and support quality project delivery.
  • Manage project planning, execution, deliverables, timelines, and team coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Contribute to practice and client growth through proposal support, opportunity identification, training, and coaching of junior team members.

The team

Enterprise Security teams embed security in all aspects of digital transformation by securing a client’s “technical backbone” while also enabling secure digital transformation. Services include security architecture, secure development and deployment, end-to-end cyber cloud capabilities, application security, and security for emerging technologies and connected products. Examples of work include Secure by Design, Cloud Security Orchestration & Automation, Core Infrastructure Security, and Secure Software Enablement.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4-7 years of experience in SAP business process risk and controls design and testing on large-scale SAP implementation projects
  • Experience in the design, implementation, and testing of business process controls or Information Technology controls in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments, including automated controls, manual controls, security controls, and segregation of duties controls
  • Experience with SAP configurations across business cycles such as record to report, procure to pay, and order to cash, including risk and control matrix design and testing
  • Experience across the full lifecycle of business process controls transformation, including controls strategy, design, evaluation, training, and monitoring setup
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting SAP environments, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
  • Experience leading end-to-end project delivery, client coordination, deliverable quality, timelines, and resourcing
  • Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Master of Science, Master of Commerce, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, or Chartered Accountant

Preferred:

  • Experience in consulting or with a Big Four professional services organization
  • SAP functional certification
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, or Certified Information Systems Auditor certification
  • Experience with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance 10.x or 12.0 Process Control or Risk Management, SAP Audit Management, or SAP Business Integrity Screening
  • Experience with software-as-a-service applications such as SAP Ariba or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience coaching junior team members and supporting client proposals or request for proposal responses
