Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited commenced operations in June 2004. Since then, nearly all of the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.S. service lines have obtained support through Deloitte Tax in India. Work you’ll do

Increasingly complex tax decisions can have a significant effect – positive or negative on the future or our clients’ business. Our approach combines insight and innovation from multiple disciplines with business and industry knowledge to help our clients excel globally.

Key responsibilities –

• Taking the lead in developing Deloitte Tax solution on the OneStream platform

• Designing, implementing and/or reviewing the Deloitte OneStream tax solution for clients

• Advising clients on OneStream process, technology, and governance for Tax point of view. This includes commercial work and client-facing engagements

• Process improvements, redesigning client tax departments and evaluating automation opportunities

• Gather and document tax requirements for business and performing system fit and gap analysis

• Determine requirement effort analysis and perform assist in development planning

• Conduct user acceptance testing to compile comprehensive test scenarios and identify flaws as well as improvements to newly built systems and processes

Qualification and Experience Required

• MBA or Chartered Accountant or Bachelor’s in Technology or Finance/Accounts from reputed University with overall experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Taxation

• Understanding of Enterprise Performance Management processes and concepts pertaining to Dimensionality, Rules, Workflow, Data integration, Metadata management, Security, Currency Translation, Consolidation/Elimination Tree. This can be in consolidation, planning & budgeting or Tax.

• Required knowledge with one or multiple of the following OneStream configurations (or Oracle equivalent):

o FP&A

o Financial Close & Consolidation

o Integrated Planning

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access

• Effective communication with strong relationship management skills

• Team player, adhering to the timelines for finishing deliverables

• Strong project management and leadership abilities who is not shy to take the lead and propose solutions.

• Relentless focus on quality of work products while adhering to completing deliverables on time

Preferred –

•  Knowledge of finance and tax processes.

• Experience with creating functional specifications, identifying, and developing requirements for new reports, preparing test scripts and providing user training and support

• Direct tax (Income Tax compliance and Tax provision) experience
• Experience with the following Oracle Modules:
  • General Ledger
  •  Accounts Receivable and Payables
  • Fixed Assets
  • Project Accounting
  • Account Reconciliation
