Analyst- Mobility – NSE Finance & Business Operations supporting Member firms
Position Overview
The Fleet & Mobility Analyst will act as the first point of contact for handling requests (tickets) related to fleet and mobility services. This role requires a proactive and reactive approach to support end users effectively, ensuring timely resolution of questions and issues.
Work you’ll do
The key job responsibilities include the following:
- Thoroughly investigate fleet and mobility-related issues, identifying underlying root causes
- Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally with end users, team members, and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
- Anticipate potential challenges or risks impacting fleet and mobility operations, taking initiative to address them before escalation.
- Respond swiftly and efficiently to incoming service requests, emails, and prioritize urgent issues to uphold agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify patterns and trends in recurring service requests to inform improvements in knowledge resources and processes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Any bachelor’s degree
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Call Center experience or in front desk support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and clearly
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM & 2 Pm to 11 PM
