Senior Analyst - Reporting - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The Reporting Senior Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering insightful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role acts as a subject matter expert in data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance for stakeholders. The Senior Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Report Development & Automation
o Design, build, and maintain complex reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
o Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
o Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs.
· Data Analysis & Insights
o Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
o Present findings and recommendations to business leaders in a clear, concise manner.
o Support ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive analyses as needed.
· Stakeholder Engagement
o Partner with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
o Train and support end-users on reporting tools and best practices.
o Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
· Quality Assurance & Governance
o Validate data sources, calculations, and outputs for accuracy.
o Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data definitions.
o Adhere to data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
· Continuous Improvement
o Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and tools.
o Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and reporting.
USI supporting NSE:
The USI NSE Finance and Business operation team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Belgium with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in reporting, or analytics roles.
- Advanced proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau Desktop Specialist).
- Experience in data visualization.
- Prior experience in Finance and Operations.
Location: Hyderabad
Work timings: 11 AM to 8 PM, can change according to business needs.
