Work you’ll do
An executive assistant plays a crucial role in supporting high-level executives within an organization. The executive assistant provides administrative and clerical assistance, as well as serves as a primary point of contact between the executive and stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
The key job responsibilities include the following:
Primary Responsibilities
- Account & Contact Management:
Create and maintain Accounts and Contacts in Jupiter, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Opportunity Management:
Initiate and manage opportunities within Jupiter. - Reporting & Dashboard Creation:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., client lists, pipeline status, wins) to support business insights. - Jupiter Training & Support:
Provide Jupiter training and ongoing assistance to new and existing colleagues. - Process Improvement:
Suggest and implement improvements for more efficient ways of working, such as updating submission forms. - Service Level Agreement Compliance:
Perform all tasks in accordance with the SLAs agreed upon with the BE team.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Compliance Support:
Assist the compliance support team as needed. - Ad Hoc Assistance:
Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as required.
Document Support
- File Organization:
Organize and maintain electronic files for efficient storage and retrieval. - Presentation Preparation:
Prepare presentations for partners and directors. - Document Creation & Editing:
Create and edit documents from raw data; format existing documents and insert required elements.
Confidentiality and Discretion
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and safeguard sensitive documents and data.
Miscellaneous Support
· Perform general administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM
The team
The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in North South Europe region with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications
Required:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ Years of experience customer services/ front desk support
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills
- You have a thorough knowledge of basic PC software.
- You can work independently and plan and are flexible in adapting your schedule for urgent assignments.
- You are solution and customer oriented, with great perseverance.
- You are eager to learn, conscientious, stress resistant and have a positive attitude.
- You are an initiator and a real team player
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
