GFS – Strategic Projects- Senior Analyst

Work You’ll Do

·       GFS Headcount Management: Support Controller with GFS headcount management activities including workforce planning, headcount requests, headcount database management, and reconciliation against Talent/Member firm data.

·       Onboarding and Concur Program Support: Collaborate on month-end close activities and monthly reporting packages for program leadership. Assist with Onboarding and Concur annual planning and forecast activities.

·       GFS Annual Budget and Periodic Forecasts: Contribute to GFS annual planning and forecast activities, in coordination with the Global Finance team, including headcount planning and reconciliation of current and approved plan positions.

·       Monthly and Ad Hoc Reporting/Tasks: Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports for various stakeholders.

Qualifications

·       Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant finance operations experience, preferably in a professional services firm.

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to gather, analyze and interpret large sets of data.

·       Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of organization.

·       Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial management and database tools including Excel and Access. Experience with core Microsoft Office packages is essential.

Location – Hyderabad, India

Shift Timings – 2PM to 11 PM
