| Senior Financial Analyst, Reporting & Analysis – Innovation CL3 Description Key Role Description: This position is part of the Reporting & Analysis (R&A) Shared Operations team within Global Finance Services (GFS). The R&A team supports the US firm and other member firms by delivering comprehensive management reporting and analysis. Comprised of analytical, financial, and reporting specialists, the team aligns reporting with the strategic priorities of our businesses, enterprise solutions, and leadership. R&A is responsible for designing and shaping the future of management reporting at all leadership levels. With a strong focus on innovation, the team continually seeks ways to enhance and optimize existing reports and to create new, value-added reporting solutions. Additionally, the R&A team is uniquely positioned to identify and implement leading practices across the firm. This position is part of our Innovation team, dedicated to supporting the Audit & Assurance business of the US Member Firm. The role is responsible for driving the implementation of end-to-end solutions and analyses that deliver actionable information and insights to our clients. By doing so, we empower clients to make informed business decisions and effectively address challenges. Job Responsibilities: Service Delivery and Project Management - Champion and generate demand for our services by delivering data and analysis that address business requirements for information and insight.
- Support or lead initiatives that enhance Finance and business leaders’ understanding of business performance and identify new opportunities.
- Leverage business, financial reporting, and analytical expertise to manage complex special projects and recurring deliverables for firm leadership.
- Stay current with leading practices and emerging technologies in reporting to provide insights, direction, and innovative methods for solutions.
- Translate client information and data requirements into best practice report designs and visualizations, managing all stages of the project development lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to development, client review and acceptance, and post-deployment support.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance our shared operations processes, tools, templates, and systems.
Relationship Management - Build trust-based relationships with finance business partners to positively influence firm direction.

Qualifications Education / Experience Requirements: - MBA preferred, with excellent computer skills with 3-6 years working experience

Capability and Skill Requirements: - Proven experience with information management and relational data concepts

- Proficient in applying data modeling principles, reviewing data integrity, and ensuring accurate delivery of key financial reports
- Ability to translate business and user requirements into intuitive wireframes by collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and distilling complex ideas and workflows into clear, accessible wireframes that align with project goals and user needs
- Ability to research and analyze data from internal and external sources
- Possess strong communications, problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work within a virtual team in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Self-motivated with ability to identify and complete projects without continual supervision
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and timelines
