The Team
The Global Reporting team sits within the GFS R&A Shared Operations – Innovation and Development. This team leads enhancements to Swift Self-Serve reporting and delivers global reporting initiatives that enable and support key stakeholders, including GDN leadership and Global EFAs.
Work you’ll do
As part of the team, you will drive operational reporting and tool enhancement initiatives end-to-end
partnering with global stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into wireframes/user stories,
coordinate with technology teams through build and deployment, lead user acceptance testing (UAT),
provide project reporting and maintain training and enablement materials to support adoption.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Build strong understanding of Global Financial Services (GFS) strategy, business needs, and reporting priorities; support alignment across global and country-level initiatives.
· Provide project management office (PMO) support to drive process efficiency, continuous improvement, and governance for operational reporting enhancements.
· Lead stakeholder engagement to elicit, document, and validate requirements; translate business needs into clear functional specifications, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
· Analyze data and reporting outputs to inform dashboard design; partner with development teams to deliver dashboards and reporting enhancements that meet business expectations.
· Collaborate with process teams to understand value drivers, operational nuances, and process-specific complexities, ensuring reporting solutions are practical and scalable.
· Coordinate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Technology, ServiceNow, Global Process Owners) to ensure end-to-end delivery across dependencies and handoffs.
· Plan and execute UAT (test scenarios, defect triage, retesting, sign-off) and support release readiness activities.
· Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and communications, including documentation of exceptions and process variations to enable consistent adoption.
· Proactively identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact scope, timeline, or quality, drive mitigation plans.
· Provide regular, timely project status reporting, including progress, decisions required, and next steps.
· Own coordination and completion of assigned deliverables, ensuring quality and on-time execution.

Qualifications:
· 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
· Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/workstreams, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
· Experience in a finance shared services environment (preferred).
· MIS/financial reporting capability is a plus, including hands-on SAP HANA reporting and SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office (required); exposure to SAP Web Intelligence (WebI), Power BI, and Tableau is an advantage.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expert-level PowerPoint skills; strong Excel skills preferred.
· Demonstrated track record of on-time delivery across multiple stakeholders, with clear ownership of scope, milestones, and dependencies.
· Strong critical thinking with the ability to identify, challenge, and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
· Executive presence with experience facilitating cross-functional, cross-geography discussions, aligning stakeholders, and driving consensus on requirements.
· Experience producing and delivering executive-level reporting and communications for audiences at all organizational levels.
· Self-directed problem solver with strong data analysis and attention to detail.
· Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; collaborative, team-oriented working style.
· Demonstrated effectiveness working across cultures, countries, and communication styles, including in matrixed organizations.
· Comfortable partnering with virtual teams across multiple time zones and delivering with minimal supervision.
· Highly organized, motivated, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
