GFS – Expense Compliance – Reporting Sr. Analyst
Career Level: Senior Analyst (Level 3)
Primary Duties:
As a reporting and analysis team member, you are responsible for delivering accurate and timely reports that helps our leaders and management teams make strategic and informed decisions. You will be performing reporting and analytical activities, show data trends prepare dashboards, prepare predictive insights and several regular & ad-hoc compliance reports at Expense Compliance and the firm level for stakeholders.
Key Relationships:
In this role you will have to develop and interpret data, conduct analysis to determine present and future performance, assist with gathering, analyzing, preparing, and summarizing recommendations for future requirements. Your other responsibilities will include:
Role description
• Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint to create detailed reports and dashboards, enhancing data visualization for effective communication.
• Develop macros to automate repetitive tasks, improving efficiency in data processing and report generation.
• Organize data and reports to support existing technology systems, ensuring a robust data management process.
• Analyze trends and provide insights through reports, recommending actions to drive compliance and informed decision-making across various business units and industries.
• Assist the leadership team by developing management dashboards and reporting templates, facilitating effective decision-making.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery, adhering to SLAs, and managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Requirements
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Should have advanced knowledge of excel concepts.
• Should have experience in creating macros or VBA
• Experience in visualizing large data into dashboards
• Experience in Tableau/Power BI and data analysis is a plus.
• Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data.
• Demonstrated flexibility in assisting with diverse or additional work activities to meet team goals and responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Self-starter and team player who possesses the ability to thrive in different work environments.
• Must be able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility regarding schedule and assigned work is required.
