Billing Analyst – Financial Services Group ‐ Expatriate and Project Accounting Team

Work you’ll do
As a part of this team you will be involved with:
- Responsible for performing the primary reconciliation of Expatriate assignments costs for each accounting period.
- Need to interpret and analyze the financial funding agreements between the US firm and other Member firms and ensure that all the documents are in place for billing purposes.
- Analyze the costs incurred by the expatriates for each period and involves in billing of these costs to the respective Member Firms.
- Work closely with various stakeholders such as Global Mobility and US counterpart and ensure timely billing of costs related to the expatriate assignments.
- assignment related costs and to take the appropriate decision to process them.
- Responsible to perform the quarterly review of all the open items and initiate resolution with the respective stakeholders.
- Prepare any adhoc reports as required by the Global Mobility / Stakeholders / US counterparts from time to time.
- Create, review and maintain individual expatriate reconciliations every year and ensure they comply with Global Mobility policies.
- Responsible for collection of receivables and due diligently work on aging invoices. This involves extensive interaction with multiple stakeholders and leadership.
- Prepare journal entries (JEs) as per the process requirement in our internal web application – JE Tool
- Being a Business Advisor – Providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders and continuously seeking to enhance the service provided to them.
- Maintain strong and trusting relationship with our stakeholders.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM (IST)
Qualifications
Required:
- Any Bachelor or master’s degree in finance / CA Inter / ICWA Inter / MBA
- Willingness to work in a 11 AM to 8 PM shift
- 1-3 years of overall experience and relevant work experience any accounting process in a Multinational Organizations
- Must be proficient in all general accounting aspects
- sensitive projects
- Must be a good team player
- Must have good written and oral English communications skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal personnel at all levels of the firm
- Excellent skills required in order to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred:
- Knowing MS Access & Visual Basic would be added advantage
- SAP, and/or other automated accounting system experience preferred
