Audit Engagement Support Professional: Reports & Dashboards - Senior Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The primary role of Audit Engagement Support Center (AESC) – Reports and Dashboards, you will be responsible to work with multiple stakeholders across Audit and Assurance engagement teams to support reports and dashboard requirements timely and accurately. You will need to have a strong communication skill, Advanced Excel knowledge with macros, attention to details and the ability to remember/apply complex processes.
The secondary role will be to provide compliance support to Audit Practitioners in completing the documentation of various tasks and activities involved in an Audit engagement life cycle of Deloitte’s client.
About our team
AESC team collaborate with stakeholders to provide high-quality services and assistance to Audit Practitioners in one of the Member firms. The support and service offerings intermingle at various stages of an engagement life cycle throughout the year, with busy and non-busy seasons based on clients’ filing deadlines. The skills of this team are limited to support activities that are expected of a non-CPA or non-accountant.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing reports and dashboards in Excel, Power BI and/or Tableau
• Automating recurring actions through Excel macros
• Creating dashboards and reports from Qualtrics survey data
• Collaborating to publish reports required with Senior Leaders in Audit & Assurance
• Liaising with Talent and Internal Learning teams to highlight staffing and completion of mandatory trainings
• Playing an active role in managing scope, scheduling, and escalating issues in a timely manner to the appropriate Onshore Process Team Lead (e.g. Internal Pricing Tool, employees prepping for CPA, etc.)
• Demonstrating professionalism through effective interactions and communications, and consistently delivering on client service principles and client service excellence
• Perform additional tasks as required
• Identifying problems and providing ideas to enhance the process
Work location & shift timings
• Hyderabad office
• Hybrid model (work from Deloitte office minimum of two to three days in a week)
• 2 pm to 11 pm IST (may vary based on business requirement)
• Flexible to support overtime during busy season
Qualifications
Required
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Commerce/Finance
• 3 to 5 years work experience in similar role
• Advanced to Mastery Excel skills, Basic working knowledge in MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint
• Working knowledge in building macros in Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate enthusiasm for continuous learning relevant to the role
Preferred Skills:
• Basic Tableau and/or Power BI working experience
• Alteryx, Python, Power Query and/or Power Automate
• Bilingualism (English and French) would be an asset
