USI Financial Reporting – Treasury Analyst
The Treasury Analyst will be instrumental in executing day-to-day treasury activities, supporting effective fund management, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. The role partners closely with banking contacts, internal stakeholders, and auditors, and needs strong attention to detail, proficiency with SAP and online banking platforms and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work you’ll do
Responsible for supporting treasury operations, banking transactions, reconciliations, payments, and compliance including:
a) Manage end-to-end banking transactions and ensure timely recording of all receipts and payments.
b) Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and ensure completeness and accuracy of reconciliations.
c) Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation variances between bank statements and internal accounting records.
d) Review banking transactions for compliance and accuracy and coordinate payment approvals with authorized signatories.
e) Maintain and track an authorization log for transactions requiring approvals, including status and closure.
f) Manage treasury banking activities including term deposits (maturity/interest tracking), bank guarantees (issuance/renewal), and regulated payments.
g) Process auto-BRS for prior-day transactions and post manual reconciliation entries as required (including intern payments).
h) Generate and maintain UTR details for GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) and share information with the Tax team when required.
i) Monitor and manage the treasury mailbox, responding to queries and ensuring timely action on requests.
j) Prepare payment upload files, process payments, and handle NEFT rejects by coordinating with stakeholders and clearing entries in SAP (F-03).
k) Prepare Form 15CA documentation, upload payments on the bank portal, and coordinate with auditors for Form 15CA/15CB filing while maintaining audit-ready records.
l) Prepare cash forecasts and budgets for leadership review, support hedging inputs, liaise with banks on transaction issues, reconcile bank-related balances (including bank tax deductions), and support payroll uploads/validations and salary cost reclassifications.

Qualifications
• Required: Chartered Accountant (CA)/CPA/CMA with 0 to 2 years of experience
