Lead Solution Advisor
Work you will do
The key job responsibilities will be to:
· You will work closely with business stakeholders, Technical Leads and Product Owner to elicit, document and validate the best-in-class solution to fit the client's need and detail business and technical requirements to meet the identified solution.
· Understand business requirements in depth and suggests appropriate solutions
· Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model for multiple projects.
· You will facilitate communication of key development insights and findings to delivery teams and remove impediments.
· You will facilitate workshops to find requirement gaps and interdependencies between backlog items.
· You will have effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with client stakeholders about the implementation of changes.
· You will have Agile Delivery methodologies knowledge.
· You will be knowledgeable of various management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello, and other Agile Tools to help manage the backlog and product delivery.
· And finally, you will have experience in collaborating with geographically distributed teams.

Qualifications and experience Required:
· B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/MBA
· The candidate should have a total of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
· Candidate should have minimum 3+ years of experience gathering requirements for IAM projects.
· Good domain knowledge of IAM specifically application integration and connectors.
· You are experienced in requirements elicitation and documentation.
· You are comfortable working with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
· You have a problem-solving mindset.
· You excel in communication and team collaboration.
· Advanced documentation and presentation skills
