Workday Adaptive Planning - Consultant/Sr Consultant

Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions-Workday teams are market leaders working with clients across industries to deliver transformational solutions optimized for their unique business needs.

Work you will do:

You will team with EERPS-Workday colleagues as well as members from the client team on comprehensive, full-lifecycle (Adaptive Planning) implementation initiatives supporting finance, supply chain or manufacturing and distribution planning/execution transformations utilizing Deloitte's proven, adaptive implementation approach, "Momentum" - which emphasizes flexibility, integrated client involvement, and rapid delivery of value. Clients consist mostly of Large Enterprise organizations with complex Workday implementations.

Required Qualifications:

* 2+ years of functional experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
* 5+ of total work experience
* Proficient in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of planning solutions
* Thorough knowledge of all Adaptive components, such as Modeling, Integrations, Access Rules, and Reporting
* Ability to implement integrated Workforce Planning solutions with Workday Financial and HCM systems
* Responsible for creating and updating technical documentation
* Analyze, test, and communicate the impact of product feature releases
* Ability to investigate and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between users and Workday support

Preferred:

* An advanced degree in the area of specialization
* Strong functional knowledge around EPM financial systems and processes
* A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
* Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagementsHow you’ll grow
