Senior Manager (VP/AVP)– US India Audit & Assurance

The team

US India Audit & Assurance practice provides teams with a way to innovate their audit delivery to achieve greater effectiveness and consistency in executing the audit. US India Audit & Assurance PMO team enables business leadership to execute against the Audit & Assurance Strategy to grow, transform, and reinvent our practice. Our team culture is collaborative and encourages team members to take initiative and seek on-the-job learning opportunities.

Work you’ll do

As an Senior Manager in PMO team you will partner with and support the leadership team and its stakeholders in their day-to-day work. You’ll participate in challenging, fast paced execution and will contribute to strategic, high-impact projects. Your role will challenge and hone your general management and collaboration skills. This will involve:

·        Metrics & Reporting: Generate regular and adhoc reports to the leadership group as required. Quality of the reports should comply with Deloitte standards. Manage multiple trackers to support the report out of operational metrices; capture, and publish minutes of meetings, develop insights for follow-through actions.

·        Communication & Collaboration: Prepare ongoing and on-demand impactful presentations to be used for stakeholder meetings, reviews, town halls and off sites. Support publication of newsletters, intranet pages, SharePoint sites.

·        Project & Program Management: Independently manage complex and matrixed projects, e.g. programs to develop and foster cross-border relationships; keep track of deliverables and timelines, manage stakeholders, ensure timely communication, proactively identify challenges to be prioritized by team.

·        Engagement: Support and plan key team activities such as periodic leadership meetings, town halls, celebrations, or any other event required by leadership. Work with cross functional teams for logistics, be the first point of escalation for smooth execution.

·        Process Excellence: Regularly review the existing processes and enhance efficiency within the team. Document of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP for different projects).

Required Qualifications

  • CA / CPA / CMA / MBA / master’s bachelor’s degree in finance or related subject

Experience:  

  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Financial Reporting, Analysis and executive presentations.
  • Knowledge of Deployement of resources on client projects
  • Hands-on experience on Tableau, Power Bi and Advanced excel skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, Team Management and communication skills

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills; outstanding analytical, research and advanced presentation skills.

·        Driving projects and Project management skills

·        Effective verbal and written communication skills, including ability to structure an extended written argument.

·        An ability to build professional relationships, a spirit of co-operation, with a flexible approach to work      

·        Maintaining a high level of confidentiality, discernment and judgment always

·        Ability to multi-task with conflicting priorities, be proactive and strong focus on execution
