Assistant Manager- Reporting – Strategic Enhancement- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Work you’ll do: As a contract to Reporting – Strategic Enhancement, you will be working closely with the USI team on various Projects. A diverse and comprehensive portfolio has been built comprising of several various NSE Finance projects platform enhancements as well as the facilitation and coordination of incoming changes from other Member firms. Alongside the portfolio, the team provides governance and manages relationship with various stakeholders.

The key job responsibilities include the following:

        Assists in the management and execution of projects by providing analytical support, gathering, and documenting requirements, and creating communication materials.

        Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers (BIIS/BQA/GFS), monitoring performance, and resolving issues to ensure seamless delivery of enhancement or changes to the Reporting suite.

        Provides insights, guidance, and support to the team, stakeholders, and decision-makers, ensuring that solutions and processes align with our organisational requirements and way of working. ​

        Contributes to the development of the business requirements, standards, and solutions, playing a pivotal role in driving the functional excellence of the Reporting Suite.

        Contributes to project planning, monitoring progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement. 

        Carries out validation and testing under the supervision and guidance of the Project Manager and Programme Lead

        Support the testing activities (e.g., planning, coordination, execution)

        Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure successful delivery of projects. 

        Ensure that business expectations are met and that projects are delivered in line with agreed goals.

        Makes sures the appointed resources are adequately trained and mobilised.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 am – 8 pm

The team

The Finance and Business Operations team at Hyderabad supports various projects team for various Finance process like CTC, P2P, R2R, FP&A, Project controlling, Billing, Engagement Management, Expense compliance, Master data management etc., Business operations like virtual administrator, Transformation, HR back office, Learning and so on.

Qualifications

Required:

        Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or similar with extensive knowledge on reporting with SAP S4. 

        3-5 years’ experience in Finance/Reporting

        Should have good knowledge on finance and accounting.

        Should be able to identify and analyze the impact of any change while performing testing on reporting tools.

        Stakeholder management experience with a proven ability to chair meetings and lead discussions.

        Experience preparing power point presentations and presenting to stakeholders and colleagues at various levels in the firm.

        SWIFT experience is an advantage, as in a general understanding of the SWIFT will add value.

        Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.

        Must be professional, personable, be pro-active and have a ‘can do’ attitude.

Preferred:

        Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint a must).

        Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) will be an added advantage.
