GPO CoE Deployment Change Management Support - Training Developer
The Team
Global Finance Services (GFS) is Deloitte’s global organization that uses the latest generation SAP S4 HANA technology to provide participating member firms with a fully managed finance shared service. This effort is part of the SWIFT program, a multi-year global finance transformation program.
The Global Process Owner (GPO) Center of Excellence (CoE) supports and maintains the integrity of the SWIFT S4 global template functionality and processes with a focus on further globalization and standardization.
Work you’ll do
The Change Management thread of the GPO partners with stakeholders across the globe to manage the organizational change activities for the SWIFT initiative (e.g., communications and training development) and to promote adoption of the SWIFT S4 global template amongst member firms. We are seeking a full-time training developer to build training materials in support of the SWIFT S4 HANA project implementation.
Specific responsibilities and duties:
- Works closely with the Global GPO Change Management and Training Leads/team to fulfill the mission and responsibilities of the GPO Change Management thread
- Creates new or update existing training materials, based on SWIFT’s monthly releas bundles. Support will consist of updating screenshots and verbiage / text in existing training materials or creating new materials based on deployed enhancements (e.g., Instructor-led Training, Web-based training/eLearning, and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs))
- Develops new training materials (including courseware, QRGs, video simulations, and / or marketing videos) for Global Template projects deploying as part of the GFS/SWIFT annual roadmap. All training materials developed will be based on change impacts and training needs identified during project implementation
- Leverages standard GPO learning tools, templates, and platforms to build/update training materials·

Job Specific Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of related professional service experience
- Experience with SAP and core Microsoft Office packages are essential
- Strong experience with SAP training content development and storyboarding
- Strong understanding of change management lifecycle activities including communications, change impact assessment, and training content and delivery
- Strong experience developing training for technical implementations and/or transformation projects
- Strong experience with using enterprise learning / content authoring tools, such as SAP Enable Now, Brainshark, Adobe, etc
- Proven track record within Deloitte supporting global transformation projects OR similar experiences supporting change management in a comparable global professional services organization
- Ability to structure and storyboard deliverables
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare and make presentations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and member firm representatives regularly
- Ability to learn quickly and execute tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Ability to work under constantly changing conditions and tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Demonstrated experience of working across cultures and countries
- Demonstrated experience interacting with virtual teams across multiple time zones and in a matrix organization

· Location – Hyderabad, India (required)
· Should be able to work in a 2 pm – 11 pm IST shift based on business needs
