Position Summary
Level: Manager
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.

We support clients by delivering Operate services spanning the Regulatory, Risk & Forensic portfolio. We embed continuous advantage through domain, industry, technology / Gen AI, and transformation skills to perform client business functions that manage risk and deliver value - added outcomes.
- Lead project delivery and manage end to end regulatory reporting activities covering 40 Act and non-40 Act funds in the investment management space (e.g., Form PF, TIC, CPO-PQR, Form 16, Form 13, N-PX, BEA reports),
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements across various regulators such as SEC, CFTC, BEA, NFA, Treasury.
- Engage and lead client conversations, workshops, and presentations.
- Establish and manage program management office to support regulatory change management initiatives, including horizon scanning, impact analysis, business and functional requirements, implementation plans and user guides.
- Review, approve, and oversee the submission of all regulatory filings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with established standards.
- Oversee regulatory exams, internal audits, and ad hoc data requests related to regulatory reporting.
- Establish and review standard operating procedures, documentation, and control frameworks to support audit readiness and regulatory examinations.
- Serve as the primary resolution point for regulatory reporting issues, engaging in problem solving and coordination across internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Monitor quality and performance metrics and resolve issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen reporting quality, reduce operational risk, and improve process efficiency.
- Implementing data management initiatives including setting up and monitoring of data quality and governance programs
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 10 - 15 years of hands-on experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 10+ years of experience in any/all the below areas is preferred:
- Working for financial services consulting firm, a large bank, or broker-dealer
- Working for the U.S. or International Banking or Capital Markets Regulator (e.g. SEC,CFTC, EBA, FCA etc.)
- Supporting pursuits and market facing eminence efforts
- Engaging in stakeholder management and problem solving that would require strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to working in globally distributed workforce environment including onshore and offshore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools, practices, and maturity
Education:
MBA and/or MS preferred.
