This role supports the NSE Centre Leadership & Operations Hub by delivering operational, reporting, and coordination support for senior stakeholders. As a Services Associate, Corporate Services, you will help drive reporting, business operations, and leadership priorities through analysis, presentation development, and program support. The role is well suited for a professional who can manage multiple priorities, work with data, and support time-sensitive business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Corporate Services on the NSEC Leadership & Operations Hub team, you will be responsible for:
- Support business operations activities, including analytics and reporting, budget monitoring, and program management support
- Collect, interpret, and analyze data from internal and external sources to develop dashboards, reports, and management information
- Prepare executive-level presentations, communications, meeting materials, and follow-up summaries for stakeholders
- Identify trends, derive insights, and support decision-making through structured analysis and reporting
- Perform ad hoc program coordination and strategic analysis in support of leadership priorities
The team
The NSE Centre (“NSEC”) leadership teams comprises teams that support the NSE Executive leaders who are responsible for the strategic & operational management of the NSE member firm. The NSEC Leadership & Operations Hub team is part of a core offshore hub set up to support the NSEC leadership teams to ensure overall business operations. This includes both routine requirements to ensure business continuity, as well as ad hoc requirements that come up in response to key leadership attention areas. The Hub team will play a critical role in ensuring consistency of support whilst being agile to respond to immediate & urgent asks from the leaders.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, business finance support, program support, or business operations support
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, or management information for business stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience preparing presentations, communications, or meeting materials for senior stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience supporting stakeholders in a global organization
- Experience tracking multiple workstreams, deliverables, or project activities
- Experience using Microsoft Access, Excel macros, Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python
