We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer to join our Analytics and CRM team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM), advanced dashboard development, data modelling, analytics solution design, and stakeholder engagement. The candidate should be comfortable working directly with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into scalable, actionable, and future-ready analytics solutions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to next-generation analytics initiatives exploring Salesforce AI, predictive analytics, and advanced business intelligence capabilities.
Work you'll do
As a Software Specialist Engineer II on the Central Business Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams to gather requirements, define key performance indicators, and translate business needs into analytics solutions.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, lenses, datasets, recipes, and dataflows that support sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership reporting.
- Building scalable analytics data models and integrating Salesforce and external data sources, including Snowflake, data warehouses, data lakes, and third-party applications.
- Implementing analytics security, data governance, and performance optimization practices, including row-level security, security predicates, and access controls.
- Supporting Agile delivery, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, while contributing to future analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities.

The Central Business Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Master of Computer Applications, or equivalent
- 5-8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, or CRM Analytics
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce CRM Analytics development experience, including Tableau CRM or Einstein Analytics
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions
- Experience developing dashboards, datasets, recipes, dataflows, and lenses in Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Experience with SAQL, dashboard bindings, computed expressions, dashboard JSON, and extended metadata
- Experience with data modeling, SQL, extract transform load concepts, row-level security, and Agile delivery environments
Preferred:
- Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant Certification
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Experience with Einstein AI, Agentforce Analytics, predictive analytics, or machine learning concepts
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other enterprise business intelligence platforms
