Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (“Deloitte Tax in India”) commenced operations in June 2004. Since then, nearly all of the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.S. service lines and regions have obtained support through Deloitte Tax in India. Work you’ll do
Support design and development of applications and systems using modern web applications and technologies such as ASP.net MVC, Angular, HMTL5 and bootstrap. You will be closely working with the business/product teams to enable data driven decision making. You will document functional and technical design, interact with technical architects, project leads, business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand problems/needs, gather, document, and analyze business requirements and create stories. You will influence new opportunities for business based on internal/ external data. You will drive data driven decision making through the stakeholders. You will also help test the system and create system documentation and user manuals. It is a unique opportunity to be a part of growing USI UK DTS team that drives consistency, quality, and efficiency through priority applications in the marketplace. You will demonstrate a good understanding and working knowledge of business and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Eliciting and documenting requirements. Interacting with stakeholders and subject matter experts with the intention of understanding and documenting their requirements
Meet with decision makers, Product Managers and end users to define the business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and help resolve system issues
Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
Be aligned with the Product Manager to communicate the product vision.
Analyze the technical and business impacts.
Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of applications and enhancements.
Create system models, diagrams and charts to provide direction to developers.
Define and manage the project requirements by creating user stories for technical and functional requirements along with defining the acceptance criteria.
Document business cases, support the User Acceptance Testing
Facilitate meetings, educational workshops for team members; Perform release handovers. Act as a subject matter expert
Provide reports, Document instructions and specifications
Incorporate user suggestions into projects/stories
Acquire product/service/project knowledge; Research solutions to increase efficiency
Work as a bridge between the business and the development team, looking for gaps and analyzing impact.

Mature professional who is self-motivated and enthusiastic
Excellent communicator and have influencing and negotiation skills
Solid business acumen including ability to think strategically, exhibit sound business judgement, and demonstrated strong drive-for-results
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact, influence, and negotiate effectively with all levels of management and peers
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills are detail-oriented, and able to understand complex customer needs and translate them into user stories with measurable acceptance criteria
Capable of building sustainable relationships with colleagues and key individuals
Creativity and ability to think outside-the-box while defining sound and practical solution
Look for opportunities to innovate and take thoughtful risks to get the work done better and faster
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA or equivalent with solid experience in Business Analysis
6+ years’ Agile / Scrum experience
Required experience in documenting business requirements, functional design, business scenarios etc
Required experience using entire MS office Suite
Solid presentation skills
Solid knowledge in SDLC and TFS
Solid experience in creating UML diagrams and mockups
Required Experience: 5 to 10 years
Work location: Hyderabad
Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST
