What you’ll do
As a Consultant in Deloitte’s Legal Business Services function, you will be a part of a team that provides an integrated approach to technology implementations, automation, data wrangling and document extraction and data management and analytics that help legal departments maximize the strategic value to the organization. You will deliver technical services for companies that streamline their process and increase efficiency, leveraging, integrating with numerous applications, and creating custom solutions.

As a Legal Business Consultant, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Tax LLP in a variety of ways, including:
- Client Management: Participate in the day-to-day interactions with client’s project team members and Deloitte project leadership members.
- Delivery: Work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes, leveraging technology to align tax and legal software with the clients’ specific requirements and goals.
- Solutions: Work with a team to develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions to aid in the efficiency of tax and legal departments.
- Support: Provide training and software support around day-to-day activities, related to processes and various technologies or situational changes.
- Project Management: Assist with project management tasks, such as creating workplans, tracking budgeted time to actual hours incurred, writing status reports, and actively participating in status calls.
- Cross Functional Teaming: Understand and articulate the broader practice and Deloitte overall. Maintain relationships and serve clients holistically.
- People Development: Participate in the development of team members.
- Business Development: Participate in and contribute to pursuit teams.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CLM platform implementation, business process consulting, or technology advisory, with hands-on exposure to one or more leading CLM solutions (e.g., Workday CLM - Evisort, Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, SirionLabs, Conga, Agiloft, etc.). majorly in Evisort
· Trained and certified on Workday CLM - Evisort platform (Evisort workflow builder trained & Certified, Evisort Certified CLM Specialist), At least 1-2 years of Evisort implementation experience for Global organizations.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for contract lifecycle management or legal operations.
- Convert stakeholder needs (Legal, Procurement, Business) into scalable technical CLM solutions.
- Guide process owners on configuring and using Evisort to meet functional requirements.
- Own end-to-end functional and integration testing for Evisync and SSO capabilities, including test scenario design and execution across platforms such as SharePoint, Google Drive, and so on.
- Assess current Evisort workflows to identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to surface and prioritize process optimization opportunities.
- Oversee CLM governance for templates, clause libraries, and metadata standards.
- Demonstrated ability to perform CLM system configuration, creating test scripts, testing, and deployment activities.
- Experience with system integrations within Workday CLM - Evisort platform (Evisync with GDrive/Sharepoint, SSO, and so on)
- Experience implementing and driving value from advanced AI modules, including Contract intelligence and autonomous capabilities, within major CLM platforms.
- Experience implementing and driving value from advanced AI modules, and knowledge of Prompt writing using CARE framework.
- Proven track record in facilitating client workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting setting.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week in respective office locations.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.
Preferred:
- · Experience supporting legal teams or procurement teams with contract management
- · Experience with document extraction tools, data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, and visualization/BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikView and others
