What you’ll do
As a Consultant in Deloitte’s Legal Business Services function, you will be a part of a team that provides an integrated approach to technology implementations, automation, data wrangling and document extraction and data management and analytics that help legal departments maximize the strategic value to the organization. You will deliver services for companies that streamline their process and increase efficiency, leveraging numerous applications.

As a Legal Business Services Senior Consultant, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Tax LLP in a variety of way, including:
- Client Management: Participate in the day-to-day interactions with client’s project team members and Deloitte project leadership members.
- Delivery: Work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes, leveraging technology to align tax and legal software with the clients’ specific requirements and goals.
- Solutions: Work with a team to develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions to aid in the efficiency of tax and legal departments.
- Support: Provide training and software support around day-to-day activities, related to processes and various technologies or situational changes.
- Project Management: Assist with project management tasks, such as creating workplans, tracking budgeted time to actual hours incurred, writing status reports, and actively participating in status calls.
- Cross Functional Teaming: Understand and articulate the broader practice and Deloitte overall. Maintain relationships and serve clients holistically.
- People Development: Participate in the development of team members.
- Business Development: Participate in and contribute to pursuit teams.

We specialize in advising legal departments and can effectively address a corporate legal function’s unique needs, requirements and obligations. As legal operations and contracting specialists, we help clients make appropriate operations and technology choices. Qualifications
Required:
Experience Required –
- 1-2 years of hands-on implementation experience in Agiloft CLM.
- Experienced in tagging document templates and email templates.
- Understands configuration and troubleshooting Agiloft process flows.
- Experience with Docusign e-Signature, SSO and API integrations is an added advantage.
- Agiloft Advanced Certification 'CLM Implementation Certification: Design'.
- Experience and certification on Agiloft AI and Screens is an added advantage.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Project implementation experience in Agiloft as a Team member.
- Relentless focus on quality of work products while adhering to completing deliverables on time.
- Proactive, participates in firm-based activities, and owns his/her career.
- Strong analytical skills in business process design and requirements preparation.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding Project Management Methodologies.
- Experience in Agiloft AI, and Screens would be added advantage.
- Experience in DevOps
- Understanding of Relational Databases.
- Workato or any other similar middleware.
- Client facing presentation is an added advantage.
- Lead and manage POC of latest Agiloft functionalities.
- Effective communications and team building skills.
Education/Background:
Relevant experience in the field of Contracting Technologies.
Engineering with overall experience in functional consulting and coding.
