The position requires the individual to perform complex assignments, commercial and contract drafting, liaise with senior stakeholders in Deloitte Tax and in the firm, and participate in firm-wide risk mitigation processes to support the Senior Manager in Strategic Services for the Tax Transformation Office.
Work you’ll do
- Support the management, and execution of strategic initiatives of the Vendor Management team
- Work collaboratively and manage several projects to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage, track and prioritize competing requests related to third party software, content and professional services agreements and SOWs
- Assist in onboarding third party vendor resources, post onboarding access requests, ad hoc access issues, offboarding, and contractor management tracker
- Manage the people roster and third-party vendor resources training requirements
- Manage signature and execution process of third-party agreements
- Manage the TTO procurement mailbox
- Maintain procurement tracker of deal status and deadlines
- Assist with vendor burn rate analysis
- Assist in the creation of purchase orders, statements of work and amendments to SOW.
- Assist with budget approval process
- Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build a network within Tax Transformation and across Tax to enhance the effectiveness of the work you deliver
- Prepare and support delivery of executive-level presentations
Skills
- Outstanding MS Excel skills, proficiency in Power BI
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize competing requests and upward report issues
- Strong Service Now and DocuSign skills
- Comfortable using Ai tools inclusive of Sidekick and CoPilot
- Knowledge of tax compliance lifecycle and engagement operations, a plus
- End to end understanding of third-party vendor Tax tools and process
- Ability to grasp project fundamentals and look for ways to reduce nonvalue added activities/redundancies
- Collaboration-Be able to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Ownership-Take ownership, manage and coordinate activities and tasks assigned to drive completion.
- Network-ability to chart one’s own career and build networks within the organization
Qualifications and Experience
Required: -
- MBA or MS from a premier (Tier-1) school in India or abroad
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (post MBA)
- Experience in consulting, or corporate strategy environment preferred
