Work you’ll do
You will gain knowledge in the field of Netherlands corporate income tax and using other tax technology which will support in providing the client services. Additionally, there is a full compliance cycle which runs throughout the year to ensure that the tax returns are eventually filed on time. This includes many processes which entail client email preparation, documentation prepared for the Dutch Tax Authorities and client database management.
Job Description for a tax senior role
The Netherlands tax team in USI prepares and reviews corporate tax returns for multinational companies in Netherlands. We are a team with professionals of varying experience and skills in tax technology. The team is involved in training, onboarding, work allocations, process improvement/documentation etc.
We are looking for a professional who can understand journal entries, manage tax compliance process, and maintain documentation. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, senior leadership.

Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s in finance or proven equivalent experience in corporate (preferred).
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Hold excellent grip on Tax technical knowledge.
- Proficient with Microsoft and other technologies such as Microsoft Excel (must), word etc.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred qualifications
- Exposure to multinational or professionally governed organizations.
- Good working knowledge of excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to coach / mentor their juniors.
Location: Primarily: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 am to 8 pm
