Senior Consultant/Manager – NSE ERP- Product Innovation

Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited commenced operations in June 2004. Since then, nearly all of the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.S. service lines have obtained support through Deloitte Tax in India. Work you’ll do

Increasingly complex tax decisions can have a significant effect—positive or negative—on the future of our clients’ business. Our approach combines insight and innovation from multiple disciplines with business and industry knowledge to help our clients excel globally.

Key responsibilities –

  • SAP Architecture Expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge of SAP architecture and related technologies to inform product innovation and development strategies.
  • Cloud Knowledge: Demonstrate proficiency in SAP On-Premises, SAP Private Cloud, SAP Public Cloud, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and ECC to ensure effective integration and utilization of these platforms in product offerings.
  • Business Process Understanding: Apply knowledge of key business processes, including Sales, Purchase, and Finance, to drive innovative solutions that align with client needs.
  • Curiosity and Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development.
  • Software Development Lifecycle and DevOps: Utilize knowledge of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices to streamline product development processes and enhance team efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of product developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives while effectively managing expectations.
  • Goal-Oriented Approach: Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team, driving accountability, and ensuring successful delivery of innovative products.

Qualification and Experience Required –

  • Any Graduate/Postgraduate
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
