Job Profile Requirement Technical Skills :
Preferably certified SAP HR Professional. Preferably experince & certified on SAP Successfactors. General Skills - SAP Workflow basics, SAP Adhoc Query handling, SAP Solution Manager, Basic Knowledge of SAP HR Roles & Authorization preferable Ticketing tool (Servicenow), DevOps change management tool, Functional document writer, Advance MS-Excel skills, Word, Power Point,.
Roles & Responsibility · SAP HR Consultant will analyze and propose technical solutions and develop technical requirements based on Functional Specifications. Work closely with Technical Team and Functional Consultants. Provide and document effort estimation, feasibility study, unit testing and technical review. · Well versed in business analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, implementation and post implementation support, technical and functional specifications and interfaces handling. Expert in change management process is added advantage. · Experience in understanding business process re-engineering, AS-IS business process, performing GAP Analysis to identify and evaluate risks and provide recommendations for TO-BE Model. · Responsible for high level client interactions and work with business to take initiative and plan/propose for enhancements in HR System. · Expertise in using SAP IMG for HR Process configuration. · Knowledge in debugging and understanding ABAP code along with technical team to identify bugs. · Procured fluent expertise in Production Support, Enhancement and Upgrade projects. · Attained extensive experience with highly customized global projects with large teams worldwide. · Has involved in preparing Business Process documents for HR processes · Played key role in data migration from Legacy Systems to SAP systems & SuccessFactors. · Supported post Go-Live for key HR issues and enhancements. · Closely work with the payroll execution team to resolve the issues for closure of the monthly payrolls. |
