Position Summary

Senior Analyst-Robotic Process Automation (RPA)-Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer with good knowledge of infrastructure to join our dynamic RPA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions while ensuring the underlying infrastructure supports these solutions effectively. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in UiPath RPA tool and a good understanding of IT infrastructure.

Work you will do

  • Create, improve, maintain, and implement.
    • RPA Solutions
    • RPA handover process
    • RPA BAU, including updating UiPath.
    • RPA standards and consistency
  • Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility.
  • Configure automation processes as per PDD/SDD.

·       Work closely with IT teams to manage servers, databases, and network configurations that support RPA deployments.

·       Monitor and optimize the performance of RPA environments, addressing any infrastructure-related issues promptly.

·       Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and other team members.

  • Develop code to meet the defined design/solution approach.

·       Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end unit testing.

  • Be Self-driven & have ability to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team.
  • Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process.
  • Operations of the robots in day-to-day work.

Experience

·       Over 3-4 years of professional services experience, particularly in automation and integration projects.

·       More than 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure management, including Orchestrator, databases, and other integrated technologies.

·       Extensive knowledge of UiPath RPA tools, especially UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.

·       Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and other RPA integration technologies.

·       Experience collaborating with project leads on technology platform issues and providing actionable suggestions for improvement. 

·       Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Edge browser, SQL Server, and web services.

·       Hands-on experience with Excel, macros, HTML, REST APIs, and related technologies.

·       Experience with automation across web, desktop, Citrix, Excel, PDF, image, and SAP-based environments.

·       Knowledge of version control and configuration management tools such as TFS and Azure DevOps.

·       Familiarity with other RPA technologies, such as Power Automate.

·       Knowledge of AI fields, including Generative AI and Agentic AI.

·       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

·       Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA Degree or equivalent.

·       Experience: 3–4+ years of IT experience, with the entirety of this experience focused on RPA and automation.

·       Certifications: Advanced certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer).

·       Other: Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions; familiarity with version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Work location: Hyderabad

Shift timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
