Join a team that works on technical implementation of the requirements gathered from business for SuccessFactors. Get a chance to work with the product team, internal stakeholders to understand, gather information, synthesize findings into business / functional requirements and design documents. Act as a point of contact for small enhancements & defect fixes.
Work you’ll do
As a team member, you will
· Perform all the development activities including Dev, Unit Test, Deployment etc
· Document current and To-be Business processes and Provide assistance in developing strategies and solutions
· Establish and clearly document requirements and develop use cases
· Create and refine preliminary design / mockup of new functionality and develop flow charts, functional diagrams and descriptions to communicate application design specifications for projects, as required
· Serves as the conduit between the Business stakeholders and the software development team.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Our IT & Systems team works behind the scenes and is essential to the Deloitte organization. Our forward-thinking team members have the analytical skills needed to parse mountains of data and stellar communications skills needed to present research, discovery, and recommendations in a logical and easily understandable way. Our technologists provide IT infrastructure support to develop custom enterprise applications.
In addition, the team develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like SAP, PeopleSoft Microsoft technologies and Salesforce. The setup has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions by following a streamlined system development methodology and comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development, and Quality Assurance, and Performance.
Qualifications Required
· Computer science graduate
· 1 –3 years of relevant work experience
Technical Skills
· At least 1-2 years’ experience in business analysis, requirements management and
SuccessFactors Talent.3
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on recruiting & succession planning.
- Design and configure job requisition templates to align with organizational needs.
- Ensure templates are user-friendly and comply with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with Business to update templates based on feedback and policy changes.
- Develop and maintain job application templates that streamline the application process.
- Customize fields and workflows to capture necessary applicant information efficiently.
- Test and troubleshoot application templates to ensure functionality and user experience.
- Configure candidate profile template.
- Work with stakeholders to determine essential data fields and layout.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Set up and manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems.
- Monitor integration processes to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with teams.
- Design and configure the career site using the Career Site Builder tool.
- Ensure the career site is visually appealing and provides seamless user experience.
- Implement best practices to enhance site visibility and candidate engagement.
- Configure and customize the SuccessFactors Succession Planning module to align with business requirements.
- Develop and implement succession planning workflows, templates, and reports.
- Ensure the system is configured to support talent management strategies and processes.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SuccessFactors Succession Planning module.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Manage system updates and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing questions and concerns.
- Work closely with IT, and business leaders to understand and address their succession planning needs.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance the overall talent management strategy.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of succession planning processes.
