Regulatory & Financial Risk
Work you will do
You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects that help organizations manage and mitigate risk, improve operational performance, and maximize enterprise value. In this role, you will build on your foundation to design, implement, and support risk management, provide advisory services and assist in restructuring programs, processes, and frameworks to address the growing challenges and risks our clients face.
· Providing internal control and regulatory compliance services to help clients improve their performance and operating efficiency
· Respond to specific breakdowns in regulatory compliance programs and assist clients design infrastructure needed to address the wide variety of specific regulations and regulatory risks
· Help clients respond to specific breakdowns in their regulatory compliance programs and assist clients to address the wide variety of specific regulations (Basel II and Basel III, Dodd-Frank Act, Investment Advisers Act, Volcker, FBEPS, EPS, CCAR, BCBS 239, etc.) and regulatory risks, develop frameworks that enable compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across the global
· Exposure to implement software/programs that support the implementation of core Banking &Securities domain like Investment Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, etc.
· Exposure to implement automation-based tools or methodologies to complement the insights
Preferred Skillset
· Professional certification such as CFA, FRM, CPA, CA, etc.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
· Strong analytical and critical thinking/problem-solving skills.
· Ability and willingness to dive deeper into industry issues and bring greater insights for our clients
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
