Manager (R&O - US Faculty Sourcing, Deployment & Recognition Strategy) – A&A Growth & Development
Overview
The Manager – US Faculty Sourcing, Deployment & Recognition Strategy will play a pivotal role within Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance Growth & Development Team, based in Hyderabad and serving US business needs. This individual will assume primary responsibility for designing and leading faculty sourcing, deployment, and recognition strategies that enable world-class learning delivery for Audit & Assurance professionals in the US teams. The individual will operate during the 2 pm–11 pm IST shift to ensure seamless engagement with US stakeholders and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. US Faculty Sourcing & Strategy
- Partners with the US and USI Audit & Assurance G&D teams to proactively assess and define faculty resourcing requirements for learning programs.
- Develops and executes strategies for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing a diverse pool of qualified faculty drawn from Deloitte’s business, external vendors, and subject matter experts.
- Continuously upgrades faculty sourcing processes and criteria based on evolving business needs, maintaining alignment with learning objectives and organizational priorities.
- Establishes transparent and scalable selection processes to ensure the highest standards for faculty contributing to learning programs.
2. Deployment & Operational Excellence
- Manages end-to-end deployment of faculty for learning initiatives, ensuring optimal scheduling, availability, and performance for delivery across locations and cohorts.
- Implements systems to track faculty utilization, gather feedback, and analyze quality metrics, using analytics to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Streamlines faculty management operations through process standardization and the adoption of automation tools wherever feasible.
3. Faculty Recognition & Engagement
- Designs and implements recognition mechanisms to drive faculty engagement, retention, and excellence, utilizing both formal and informal programs.
- Serves as the primary support contact for faculty—addressing their needs before, during, and after program delivery and providing opportunities for continuous feedback and development.
4. Relationship & Vendor Management
- Builds and maintains strong, consultative relationships with US/USI business leaders, learning project teams, and external vendor partners.
- Oversees vendor and partner engagements, ensuring contract management, compliance, and consistent quality in faculty provision.
5. Strategic Initiatives & Leadership
- Acts as the subject-matter expert and thought leader on all matters related to faculty sourcing, deployment, and recognition for US Audit & Assurance learning.
- Leads, mentors, and develops a team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Participates in budget development and resource forecasting for faculty-related investments, ensuring efficient and impactful use of organizational resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- 8–12 years of total experience, including not less than 5–6 years in faculty/vendor management, large-scale learning operations, or related project/program management roles.
- Proven experience in training needs analysis, recruitment and deployment of facilitators, and effective cross-border stakeholder management (preferably with US-facing teams).
- Strong leadership credentials with a track record of building and guiding high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Advanced organizational, project management, and problem-solving capacities; proficiency with analytics and reporting tools is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated ability to create and interpret detailed reports.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required by role responsibilities.
