Knowledge Services- KX Quals, Clients and Dash – Analyst- Hyderabad / Bangalore

KX Dash team is looking for highly motivated individuals with expertise in communications, attention to detail, positive attitude, presence, and ability to interact across many levels to support delivery of projects with Deloitte member firms around the world.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are adept at interacting with professionals across levels and across the globe, to support our content acquisition efforts.

Work you’ll do

·       Responsible for managing content acquisition pipeline, ensuring engagement materials are collected and processed efficiently.

·       Support team leads in monitoring content contributions and assess gaps to drive targeted outreach and content acquisition strategies.

·       Provide quantitative and qualitative insights into practitioner engagement.

·       Collaborate with global cross functional stakeholders to support content acquisition efforts across different geographies.

·       Partner with Knowledge Managers to align content strategies and enhance overall knowledge sharing initiatives.

·       Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing data insights and recommendations on content acquisition trends/analysis and best practices.

  • Adapt communication style to effectively interact with knowledge managers and stakeholders

Qualifications/ skills required

  • MBA or Post Graduate in English, Economics, Literature, Library Sciences with 0 – 2 year of experience
  • Familiarity/Proficiency with MS Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn and use new processes and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Good comprehension skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
  • Familiarity with professional services environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and multitask on work assignments
  • Ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Effective problem-solving skills and can drive initiatives
  • Positive attitude and presence, ability to interact with senior professionals and deal with conflict in a mature and professional manner
  • Adapt communication style with ease when working with team members, clients, and stakeholders across different levels

Work Timings - 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (expected to stretch during peak periods)
Work Location – Hyderabad and Bangalore
