Analyst, Information Technology Services Group

The principle focus of this team is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that e-enable the delivery of Function, Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems.
Work you will do
As an Analyst, you will design, develop and maintain solutions built on varied technologies like Python, PowerApps, PowerBI, C#, ASP.NET, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure, ADF, Salesforce, Siebel, PeopleSoft, Successfactors, SAP HANA, Hadoop, Data Stage, RPA, Business Intelligence and latest tech in AI areas. You will support a team which provides high- quality solutions to the customers by following a streamlined system development methodology and IT Infrastructure systems. While you will have to acquaint yourself with various development tools, testing tools, system management tools, methodologies and processes, you will be aligned to one of the following roles:
1. Role: Development Analyst
As a Development Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and developing software applications. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, building, Unit Testing and documenting applications using Microsoft platform and other technologies including but not limited to Python, PowerApps, PowerBI, C#, ASP.NET, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure, ADF, Salesforce, Siebel, PeopleSoft, Successfactors, SAP HANA, Hadoop, Data Stage, RPA, Business Intelligence and latest tech in AI. This list of technologies continues to evolve and grow
- Working with Senior Development Analysts, Architects, Delivery Managers and Business Analysts to clearly define and understand business requirement
- Recommending technological solutions/options when required on projects to achieve business objectives.
- Being an active participant in our Innovation Program, Employee engagement activities , Communities of Practice (CoP) and engage in sharing of leading practices and standards

Application Development and Solutions Delivery: Start from Architecture and User Experience and evolve into design, develop, transform, re-platform, or custom-build systems in complex business scenarios. We manage a portfolio of enterprise scale applications and solutions used by our practitioners. Offerings include Custom Development, Packaged Application Development, Application Architecture and Testing Advisory Services. Technologies include Business Analytics, Business intelligence, Cloud Development, Mobile, .Net, SharePoint, Salesforce, Successfactors, SAP HANA, RPA, AI apps development, Data Stage, Siebel, Manual, Automated, and Performance testing.
Infrastructure Technologies: Support, manage and implement complex IT Infrastructure and IT Security solutions that unlock the value of enterprise systems. These solutions include Microsoft and other technologies such as SCOM, SCCM, SolarWinds, Azure, AWS, ArcSight, AD, Exchange, Skype, Virtualization etc.
Qualification and Experience:
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/ M.C.A. (60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout without any running backlog
- Excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Ability to chart ones’ own career and build networks within the organization
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
- Suggest practical solutions and collaborate with the customer to implement the solutions
- Perform account coordination with the customer to build / improve relationship, seek feedback to identify areas of improvement
- Seek information / ideas / establish relationship with customer to assess any future opportunities
- Define project standards, knowledge of methodologies, and understanding of process improvement initiative
- Interact with functional Subject Matter Experts.
