Associate Analyst – Job Description

Work you’ll do:
An Associate Analyst is expected to develop strong skills in the system/ technology area they are working in. As a part of the onboarding process on projects, you will be provided with training/awareness aimed at building proficiency in the role. You will be required to gain US health care knowledge and will be responsible for learning new Electronic Health Record platforms, successfully complete trainings, and certifications in any of the required Electronic Health Record Platforms. You will work with functional and technical teams on the project located across shores and will be open to solve moderately complex issues related to the technology.
Qualifications Required:
· Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) - Nursing, Health Management, Genetics, Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, Medical Technology, Radiography, Cardiology, Optometry, Operation Theatre Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology
· Bachelor in Hospital Administration/Hospital Management
· BBA/BMS (Healthcare Management, Hospital Management)
· The year of graduation should be 2023 or 2024
· Overall full-time work experience should not be more than 1 year
· Aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA and above in final degree with no active backlog

General Expectations:
· Strong verbal and written communication/effective interpersonal skills, analytical and presentation skills
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools
· The selected candidate will be registered as an Apprentice under the Apprenticeship Act through a tripartite agreement involving the professional, organization and an appropriate government agency
· The selected candidate will be on a 1-year probation from the joining date
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Interact with onsite clients, US teams & analysts, offshore implementation and operations team, support project teams and other cross-functional teams
· Work on break-fixes, maintenance, requests and enhancements as per client requirements
· Identify and prioritize issues to resolve them
· Ability to troubleshoot and determine root cause analysis of recurrent issues
· A team player with the will and ability to work in a collaborative environment
· Support and collaborate for all testing phases with clients and other teams
· Identify, analyze, and document client business requirements
