Analyst:
Operations and Technology Transformation Analysts work as members of integrated teams across the US and Indian geographies in a fast-paced, rotational environment that exposes them to multiple project experiences. You will gain exposure to a diverse set of industries, clients, and project roles. You’ll have the opportunity to help dynamic, market-leading client organizations tackle their complex business problems and drive tangible results. You’ll also assist in determining the requirements of clients’ projects and programs by defining, analyzing and managing requirements to help fulfill clients’ business needs. While
the specific job deliverables will vary according to client’s needs, our Operations Transformation Analysts have the broad skills needed to conduct financial and business analysis to contribute to client recommendations.

Work you’ll do
Business Analysts work as members of integrated teams across the US and Indian geographies in a fast- paced, rotational environment that exposes them to multiple project experiences. You will gain exposure to diverse set of sub-sectors with LSHC industry, clients, and project roles. You’ll have the opportunity to help dynamic, market-leading client organizations tackle their complex business problems and drive
tangible results. You’ll also assist in determining the requirements of clients’ projects and programs by defining, analyzing and managing requirements to help fulfill clients’ business needs. While the specific job deliverables will vary according to client’s needs, our Business Analysts have the broad skills needed to conduct financial and business analysis to contribute to client recommendations.
Skillset

Operations and Technology Transformation (OTT) is focused on dramatic and sustainable operational improvement using industry specific solutions and technologies. OTT encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core of our client’s business. OTT incorporates expertise from across the firm to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions according to industry strategy. The different OTT market offerings are:
1. Converge HEALTH‘s suite of Life Sciences and Healthcare products enable more successful outcomes for patients while providing faster insights and better decisions. We create data driven digital and analytics platforms that transform the way care is delivered to patients and fuel scientific innovation.
2. Digital Banking Solutions transform how financial institutions operate across Banking and Capital Markets by enabling our strategic relationships with leading banking platform players in the market.
3. Integrated Health Care helps clients transform and succeed in the future of health by maximizing the value of their digital health care platforms and ecosystems. Solutions and capabilities span advise, implement, and operate of technology-enabled strategic initiatives around clinical and revenue cycle operations.
4. Emerging Industry Solutions, an “incubator” for future (potential) Market Offerings, focusing on Investment Management and Real Estate, Power and Utilities, Digital Health Plan, and Low Code No Code.
5. Insurance Core Systems Transformation transforms core insurance business capabilities through implementation and operation of experience-led, technology-enabled strategic initiatives around policy, billing and claims administration.
Integrated Health Care Analyst
As an Integrated Health Care Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will learn new application platforms, develop, and deploy complex and comprehensive software solutions at an enterprise level. You will Identify key drivers of a defined, straightforward problem and define the problem by what it is and what it is not. You will work with functional and technical teams on projects located across shores to solve medium to complex issues and implement solutions across the technology as required by clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Develop solutions following established technical design, application enhancement standards and quality processes in projects
· Interact with onsite clients, US teams & analysts, offshore development teams, support teams and other cross-functional teams
· Identify and prioritize issues to resolve them
· Ability to troubleshoot and determine root cause analysis of recurrent issues
· A team player with the will and ability to work in a collaborative environment
· Identify issues encountered during product implementations and system integrations
· Assist clients with the parameterization and configuration necessary to deliver the functionality defined
· Support and collaborate for all testing phases with clients and other teams
· Advise clients on testing strategy and planning to ensure successful solution implementation
· Serve as the client’s application expert, ensuring system stability and existing system set up
supports workflow decisions
· Identify, analyze, and document client business requirements
· Report and track metrics to ensure operational and regulatory compliance
· Document common problems, issues, and solutions to ensure comprehensive documentation is available for continued learning and future reference
The team
The practitioners work on design, delivery, and support of a variety of solutions that help our clients meet business objectives. These solutions range from large scale ground-up custom developed applications, to cloud based development and integration services as well as customizing industry sector focused packages. As a healthcare provider/ EMR capability hire on this team, you would get multiple varied opportunities to work on all adjacent area technologies along with Epic solutioning and implementations.
Prior Experience:
· Preferred 0-2 years of work experience in EMRs (like Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Allscripts, etc.) or strong understanding of healthcare workflows.
Skills / Project Experience - Required:
· Ability to quickly upskill and understand healthcare and client workflows
· Ability to perform system builds and configurations in any EMR
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
